Lenny Lawrence

Principal Broker
Lenny Lawrence has been a licensed real estate broker since 1983 and has worked in property management since 1991. A landlord himself since 1981, Lenny brings deep expertise in all aspects of the business — from full-scale rehabs and new construction to residential and condo association management.

His experience managing condominium associations has given him unique insight into both property management and condo sales. Lenny’s professional accolades include being named Stark County Broker of the Year twice (1999 and 2019), and receiving the Fair Housing Award in 1996. He has also served as President of the Stark County Association of REALTORS® three times, and has been deeply involved in the regional MLS, including three terms as President and ongoing service on its Board and Executive Committee since 1997. He’s also served as Regional Vice President for the Ohio REALTORS® three times.

Lenny’s true passion is property management. A natural problem solver, he thrives in the day-to-day challenges of managing properties. For Lenny, property management isn’t just a job — it’s what he loves, especially because he gets to work side-by-side with his wife every day.

Denise Crawford-Lawrence

Licensed Agent & Managing Partner
Denise Lawrence — or Dennie, as she’s affectionately known — is the managing partner at Lawrence Realty, LLC and the heartbeat of the operation behind the scenes. Licensed since 2003, Dennie brings hands-on experience in every facet of property management — from rehab and leasing to bookkeeping and operations.

Before entering real estate, Dennie worked in non-profit fundraising sales and then spent a decade in purchasing and human resources for a manufacturing company. Her background gave her the ability to connect with everyone — from factory workers to executives — and brings a wealth of organizational skill and professionalism to the company.

Raised in Avon Lake, Ohio, Dennie now resides in Hartville, where she enjoys the outdoors, loves to cook, and takes pride in planning family gatherings when she's not managing the day-to-day business.
