Lenny Lawrence is a Broker licensed since 1983 and doing property management since 1991. His extensive knowledge in rehabs and new construction. He has been a landlord since 1981. He expertise is in property management. He specializes in condo and association management. His expertise with the condo management gives him extensive knowledge in selling condos. He was Broker of the Year for Stark County in 1999 and 2019. In 1996 he was the recipient of the Fair Housing Award. He served as President of the Stark County Association of REALTORS three times. He is also active in the regional MLS serving as their President three times, and has served on their Board since 1997 and has served on the executive commitee for the majority of those years. He has been a regional Vice President for the Ohio REALTORS 3 times. His true love is property management. He is a problem solver and the shoe fits with property management. The job is 24/7, but does not feel like a job when you go to work with your wife every day.

Denise Lawrence, aka Dennie, is a managing partner at Lawrence Realty, LLC. She's the lady behind the closed door, keeping the books for the clients. Dennie received her Real Estate license in 2003 to embark on her Property Management career path with her husband, Lenny. She'd done the grunt work from the bottom up: from rehab to leasing to managing. Prior to her Property Management career, she worked ten years in non-profit fundraising sales that was superseded by another ten years in purchasing and human resources for a manufacturing company. These positions earned her much experience working with factory personnel to professionals in many areas of the work place. Dennie was raised in Avon Lake, Ohio and currently lives in Hartville. When not behind closed doors attending to the business, she loves being outdoors, has a passion for cooking and enjoys planning family get togethers.
